Few days before I received a call from you, stating that my account(9944136673) was shortlisted to the final list for some offer of Sony XPeria at Rs. 900.
And you guys agreed me to provide 2 men’s Polo T-Shirt at free of cost and have to pay Rs. 900 on COD while receiving T-shirt to participate in contest.
As mentioned above you delivered the parcel and "unfortunately" I made payment of Rs. 900 on COD.
But the T-Shirt in that is not POLO as you agreed, it is not Black and Grey as I opted and its completely unfit for me(Only your care team suggested M for 38" size).
I haven’t received any tracking Id and Invoice with this parcel, no order history is showing in my account.
Now all I want is 100% cash back(Rs. 900) for this product ASAP. I don’t want any credit points.
I haven’t voluntarily visited your site and placed order. You only called me and offered this. 100bestbuy has completely wasted my time and money.
There are already some news in social media about fooling people and not refunding the money properly(please refer attached).
