Starter in business ..lot of issues

Some Points they 100bestbuy should realize:




  1. They are not the only one, in-fact people may visit their site as last option




  2. People will only buy if the price is least among other competitors, but they charge much more than MRP when you add the exorbitant delivery charges




  3. Luring customer by Contest, will never help them. In-fact it never takes place and then people feel cheated, so it should be stopped at once




  4. Do away with the poor sales team. They are doing nothing just spoiling the brand image to achieve their means




  5. Get some good people for the customer care department. The present system sucks. Most people cant even talk in proper English and often hung the call.




  6. Have a better mechanism for customer interaction and feedback




  7. Online buyers are smart, they cant be fooled like one does in a Brick n Mortar Lalaji’s store.
