This is capitalizing the fame of Bestbuy. I was lured in that way.
I was informed of a Samsung Mobile worth Rs.45000/-.
On acceptance, I was asked to accept additional gift worth Rs. 16000/- for being in first 10.
Only the condition was, I should ensure that I am credit worthy by paying Rs. 10000/-.
The credit was assured for 3 years for anything. I felt in trap.
What I received?
The Samsung mobile was not won by me.
The products worth Rs. 16000/- did not last beyond 1 week. The iBall tab, which was part of it, immediately failed. The products were typical chinese.
The credit of Rs. 10000/- was avaiable, if I spend 5 times the credit. i, e, If I buyproducts worth Rs. 50, 000/-, Rs. 10, 000/- would be credited with these points.
I tried to complain, phone calls were not simply unattended.
Additional modus Operandi - I think, the customers happen to be other than Bangalore, so that it’s easy to get away by legal loopholes.
Never fall for this company.
