I assumed/thought these people are traders/shares like, where they have some business making plan through timely collection by rotation. here they may get some amount and it is just timely rotation might be, so they also gained, we too. Surely this one is kind of business type.
But today I came to know this one kind of FRAUD work I am sure they have good web designer’s ; they attract u just by FLASH add
Today I got a call from their side, saying ’ you have opted for joining the contest, and we have selected 10 people’s among the contestant. You are also one among the 10. So you will get the product to your address once if you are selected among the ten persons, you have to provide your address and
you can do participation in the next round by paying Rs.5999/-
I shocked , I asked them why don’t you declare there itself ?
they said again again and same, blubbed, not the answer to my question.
finally they arrived ’ if you want to continue, you can’’ otherwise you will not be in the " FINAL LISTED CONTESTANT. " stage,
that’s all - it is up to you.
But they are not ready to answer me to my questions, ’’ why not you declare that there is a second stage with selected 10 participants’’ ;
I said " tell me direct answer to my question "
finally he ended up saying ’’ CONDITIONS APPLY ’’, he blubbed ; it is there in the rules and regulations; It is we only decide.

they say it is a " OPEN CONTEST " but actually ’’ CONDITIONS APPLY ’’ and " It is THEY DECIDE "
Now you can get their actual face.
they will call each registered one and will say " you are selected for the final stage, and so and so, they will extract money from everyone as if they are the final contestant. ULTIMATELY they will give a call , sir you have won the CONTEST.

we are sending the product; so you wont get back your actual money instead your product.

I just said to them , I don’t want to be participated, please return my moeny; else I will go through consumer court. he told me, oh.k. sir, you call ’’ customer care’’ and you can get the money back what you paid,

the hidden thing is ’ they wont announce in FLASH ADD - Date of lucky draw ’ ; they can do their decision based on the no of " faku’s " clicking, registering with them.
Now I have to catch two people, those who spread the add as genuine, like google or others...
they should stop like these flash adds through them.

i assumed , I am sure this is what happening.
I AM JUST WAITING, if they don’t return , they will face my follow up. and whether they return or not. they will end up soon. Because I am confident in justice through CONSUMER COURT. let me wait few days.
Then through AKOSHA will take necessary action.
