Honest customer service
I ordered a Reebok watch back in June, I received it in broken , tampered condition. I complained to customer care, they told me to send back the product , said they would reply in 24 hours, nothing happened , finally I gave the customer care lady a piece of my mind, they promised to replace it. I got Reebok watch number 2, too badly broken, i refused to accept it, contacted them asked for a refund and also got it back not just that here I need to mention the 100Best buy people were really courteous and went out of their way to help me to get a refund.
I have previously bought a camera &ipod from them, both of them were in excellent condition on delivery, so I would shop with them again.
