Get Punished Continuously and Severely

I am a poor customer of 100bestbuy shopping site and I seriously don’t want any of you to follow me next. I ordered for a koutons pack of 3 Chinos for Rs.1, 330/-. I was given the wrong size. When contacted, the customer care (but they don’t care for you) team told me return the parcel to the courier guy, who collected from me after some 20 days along with a courier charge of Rs.50/- The customer care told I’ll be given a refund in terms of credit points and I can use it fully to buy any product on the site. But after some 15 costly calls and several mails to your customer care, I was given only irresponsible answers and even disconnecting the phone call sometimes. I took the issue to mouthshut.com and was finally able to get the credit points after 3 months. It was a very pathetic experience and I was initially relaxed that I got my hard earned money in terms of credit points. But the next big headache came when I was allowed to use only 20% of the credit points to purchase the goods.


I don’t know why these guys don’t let us sleep peacefully. What pleasure do they get in fooling us CONTINUOUSLY and looting our hard earned money? Why punish us so badly and severely for choosing your site. How do they think that they can continue to do business this way? My order reference number is 28488903. I kindly advice all readers not to buy anything from 100bestbuy even if some thing here is the cheapest on earth, because you’ll have to lose more than what you pay .
