I have sent this mail to 100bestbuy.com. Again I am reminding you people. I was not able to use my credit points. (Option is not coming in my ID)

But they are telling that I can use one 20% at a time. But in my account every purchase is going through credit card only. There is no option to utilize credit points. I have mailed several times but they are telling this is their company policy.
