I have ordered a Koutons Chinos last week and received the delivery yesterday and paid cash on delivery to your courier boy. When I opened the package, to my utter surprise it was an outlaw jeans and that too a used one.
When I called to explain this to ur team on ur customer care no, I was talked to very rudely and vehemently denied my request to speak to the manager.
I don’t have any issue with giving my 536/- rupees in charity but I’m pissed off with the cheating u guys have done by sending me a used apparel, which was not the actual one which I’ve ordered and the way ur person spoke to me when I called your helpline.
I know my money has gone into a drain and will never be returned but I will ensure other ppl don’t suffer like me.
