I request all the online shoppers, Please don’t get trapped in 100bestbuy.com. This is a No:1 fraud company in the world. They will trap you like: Just pay 599 and win a Samsung Galaxy Phone" other wise 100% cash back. But they will keep your money with them they never announce who got the item for just 599/-. And second thing they will not repay your money. That will be converted into Points. To redeem those points you will not get any option in the portal. If you try to reach customer care on 080 - 67536400. They will never pick your phone even though you wait for 20 minutes. It will just tell you " Thank you for your Patience". Like this they will loot your money through calls also.
Finally you will get waxed up and feel that just forgot that money, I feel that I gave it Online Beggar - 100bestbuy.com.
This is what happened to me. It is really frustrating. I never faced this kind frauding in any online shopping.
Friends, I am requesting all don’t get trapped with this company. If any one is willing to proceed to Consumer Court against this company please update here I will also join with you which I have the evidences with me, like phone call recordings, online transaction paid to 100bestbuy, Email sent to them but no reply since them.
