I ordered Peter England Assorted Formal Shirt (PSD-04) on Jan 9, 2014. I paid the full amount online. I was told that I would receive the product in 6-7 Days. It’s 20 days and I haven’t received a notification.
At the customer care, they cut the call in the middle of conversation, give me fake assurances. When I ask about my product, they say that it will be dispatched in a day or two. This has been happening since last 2 weeks. They don’t listen to the complaints. I have called them 8 to 9 times.
I paid the full amount of Rs.355 by HDFC debit card. They sent me a mail confirming my successful payment. I have got the confirmation mail with me. It also contains the Order ID and the Reference ID. When I try to track the product, it shows an empty table.

Completely a fraud website, unprofessional attitude, worst customer support. I would suggest you to avoid buying anything from there. I’d also take a legal action against the company.
