Have enrolled Samsung Contest on 14th Sept 13 and I did online transfer Rs.599 . Next day got a call from 100bestbuy on this and they had told me that your number is selected in the contest and pay the Rs. 7999/- . I did transaction online but the amount got deducted is 8598. When I asked them they told it is including 599 and also they mentioned if you are not happy with product then money will be returned.
Immediately told them please cancel my order and the person(*Mr.Rahul*) to whom I was talking he told that he placed the request for cancellation and I asked him to send me a mail but till now have not received any mail.
I had been called continuously for week to that person asking about the status after that he stopped receiving my Call? What Hell it is? is this way to attend customer? The money gone from my account is Rs. 9197. This is not a small amount. They don’t have any rights to play around with customer money.
It’s all crap!!
