I received a call from best buy, they said that i’d won a "Zebronics" mp3 player worth Rs. 5k.. along with wireless headset, a 2gb memory card and a shopping coupon worth Rs. 500/-. All I had to do was pay Rs. 984 at the time of delivery. So I did.. and the product they delivered, was a stupid "Orkia" mp3 player whose mrp is Rs. 150/-. And the coupon was also missing..
So that means they charged me Rs.1000/- for a silly product worth Rs.150. And above all, the so called customer care no of best buy, well it doesn’t exists.. So I suggest everyone whosoever is reading the review, never ever get involved with anything related to best buy, ,
