I had entered the "SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3" competition where I had to register by paying "JUST" Rs 399. Then I got a call from the people saying that I need to make an additional Rs 9999 to enter the final 15. Being naive I did just that.
Their representative had told me that all the money will be refunded if I lost, but he did not mention in which form. He said that I will get cash back. He had a bad accent and was sounding like an illiterate. It turns out that the refund was supposed to be in the form of credit points. I called them and messaged them asking them to refund my money as it was i.e in cash. But still I didn’t get any replies.
Finally giving up I decided to purchase something from their site. Turns out that the credit points can be redeemed only on the products which are not having COD facility and cash back [which BTW includes almost all the products].
So I decided to select the most expensive product [Microwave oven]. Now comes the twist. It turns out that I cant purchase that either. The reason was stated that I should spend only 25% of the credit amount in each purchase.
Now I am stuck.
Goddamn these people. They won’t even answer the call. I keep on waiting and waiting.
If you are out there then have the guts to face me.
Either return my money or give me my product.
Ridiculous marketing and conning won’t get you far.
