Do not go by any offers from them (full of fake). I had got lottery offer for Nokia Lumia 920 (36500) for 599 Rs. I knew it was a lottery. Only after paying 600 Rs, I got a phone call saying that, I have to pay 7000 Rs more to be part of the lottery. Now I have to 599Rs of some other products with them.
Then I used the 592 Rs credit points to buy another product. Another product also they didn’t deliver. Fake people and fake website and fake service.
1.No order history is maintained.
2.No details about product delivery.
3.My mobile number is 7204662078, mail id is bhanu2smile@gmail.com
4.Sent a mail to service@100bestbuy.com no reply from their side.
5.Called to 080 - 6753640, it’s continually coming as waiting.
6.Last mouth shut post they replied they will send it in 7 days.Still no product no reply, no response.
7.After posting in MouthShut_Official they will reply. They will reply but they won’t send anything, they won’t respond.
8.Finally decided will complaint at consumer court about the same.
