These people are very sweet to you while finalising the deal, well I haven’t chosen this 100Krafts, we can say 100 burglars. We were introduced by "Mansionly" another burglar. With many dreams towards my first home and the divine place, they made it a nightmare for me. In this home now day and night just I’m thinking why they played with our feelings, emotions, money, time, and health. I had already informed them I’m a diabetic patient so don’t give me any stress during the execution, well these cheaters not only cheated with money, threatened us, creating a situation, and harassed and suffered in panic sleepless nights, high bp, and sugar. I have cried infinite times after giving a contract to these both so-called "Interior Designer" companies. I’m cursing you each and every moment the way you cheated us. God will punish you badly, Karma is here only. Whenever we have raised our voice and shut our mouth by threatening, we will remove labrours from the apartment and will stop work by Sapna. I have paid "Mansionly" - 177000 for 3D design but this salesperson while finalizing the deal didn’t inform us that they have a third-party vendor who is 100Krafts going to execute. this blind trust disaster for me and devastated my dream home in a nightmare.
If you are seeing positive reviews make sure you check their LinkedIn profile most of them are their employees, Carpenter-Aswini, Contractor-Aakash, etc. I’m saying today you have cheated us and don’t worry you guys will be punished by God badly. Even after the discussion on calls, WhatsApp chat history, photos, mails these guys are the biggest liars not stick to their own words, manipulate and damage customers.
They manipulate the entire BOQ and for the correction, you have to fight with them with multiple proofs, they haven’t executed the project as per the BOQ, 3D design mentioned materials. They threatened during the project execution took extra money for the already paid items, 100% payment not even 50% work done and not delivered the pending deliverables, damages.
I have discussed my issues early during the execution and after that but there’s no resolution on damages and failed deliverables by Sapna. I have sent emails multiple times and didn’t receive any response from them. We had an issue related to water leakage in quartz and sink installed by your team, which damaged entire laminate and bottom wood as well, I told many times Quartz work was not proper but still, it was overlooked and not monitored while working, this happened and started very early by Sapna while installing quartz, we have now poor laminate coming out and damaged wood during this all, also quartz material purchase and work are done is overpaid for my work and delivered extra to other sites from our site during this, Taken extra money for Kitchen Quartz and Stolen in absence of our knowledge entered in our Apartment with Tempo and did entry at security as Owner in the late evening. I noticed this and communicated to Sapna very early, she said this material is for another site delivered to us. There were a lot of trust issues after the lockdown. - They had manipulated quotations multiple times and lots of miscalculation
-Kitchen Quarts already paid in advance Rs.74000 not purchased on time and after lockdown took extra money from us Rs 14600, Total Rs. 89000(Stolen in absence of our knowledge entered in our Apartment with Tempo and did entry at security as Owner in the late evening.)
-Sink was damaged while fixing by your team and changed with a new one by me, damaged sink price not refunded
-Living room wallpaper not installed, Rs 150 / sqr feet(150 160 sqr feet) worth of Rs. 24000 not installed
-Sliding Shutter Unit not as per Final BOQ and 3D Model, used simple laminate instead of Customised Wallpaper and it looks worse. – Manipulated Price Rs 87, 050 Base unit was already there in the first quotation but increased in final sign off quotation to - 1, 09, 625+18% Tax
-Damaged laminate of skirting, junked door hinges, and internal wood(utility, kitchen, and bathroom) within 15 days
-Wardrobe accessories wrong measurement of the wardrobe, after multiple follow-ups replaced accessory not Fixed properly, and price difference didn’t refund paid for 900 mm and fixed 600mm
-False ceiling area was charged for 390 square feet, actually done is less, Sapna changed the entire design for the false ceiling of the Master Bedroom and manipulated cost and size for the same. - Rs 55000 total paid for the false ceiling but the actual is 190 square feet - Rs 19824 extra taken from us.
-Electrical work was not proper, switches sequence with wire connection changed on board, multiple Plug Points, lights are not working, still, my apartment Electrician is fixing the wiring and I’m paying extra. You people blindly took money from us and did poor work.
-Kitchen cabinets not as per the 3D and lots of holes done by your team because of the wrong wood fixture for the space of Dishwasher.
-There’s no on paper handover, this lady Sapna handed the key and left and attitude like you are their slave if you raise the issue they were fighting with you and go any level in arguments even if you have proof
-Temple design not as per Final BOQ and 3D Model every time talking roughly when we have raised our concerned and asked it’s not as per the design temple is looking as wardrobe
-Wardrobe design doesn’t have a loft but they didn’t fix ply inside with laminates
-Huge gapes, not aligned properly
-Not given electrical fixture point in Dining Area False Ceiling. Unnecessary holes on the master bedroom false ceiling and Wall damaged the entire design.
-Haven’t used BWR plywood in Kitchen, Bathroom, Utility
-Wrong measurement in Utility, not even my washing machine fixing inside.
-Miscellaneous damages during work, 3 broken floor tiles, entire wooden flooring with lots of Scratches. Kitchen Accessory Ebco Swing Out wastebin purchased by me
-Even they didn’t install the two hooks in Temple to hang Bells, even after multiple reminders. You can’t expect anything from these people. They took the biggest advantage of lockdown and our politeness because we wanted to move to our first home, I have had to give my home to their laborers so they complete work which made me unhappy because I wanted to go first and stay there that not happened because of unwanted circumstances. Being Brahmin we never allowed to cook or live but these people cooked non-veg in my home and made my divine home UnHoly.
-Washroom - Not done as per the 3D design and Not fixed 2 Mirrors and minus only – 3000. Well, you must see the image of washroom cabinets how smart these people made it.
