We have had an extremely hopeless and tiresome experience with this company 10 Dumbs. We have been stuck with them since 24th April 2017 for a project for which the committed timeline by them was 3 months. For over 24 months we followed up with them and spoon fed them to deliver our website but all they kept giving was a website full of bugs and careless mistakes. First they made version 1 for which they took 1 year- it did not work and was full of bugs. After getting tired of fixing millions of bugs they said they will make version 2 which again turned out to be full of bugs and non functional. The founder Gautam Bhatt is so unprofessional and irresponsible that he will keep ignoring your calls once you are stuck with this dumb company and not even care to call you back. 2 years of our valuable time has gone to waste because of him because he kept giving us false promises saying it is almost done. Otherwise we would have dropped this agency long back. Beware guys, this is a complete fraud company, the best thing that the Founder Gautam Bhatt is good at doing is making artificial promises and giving false hopes. 2 years he kept giving us false hopes that website is almost ready, small thing to be done etc. and finally even after wasting 2 years he still keeps making his fake promises that he is working on it. How shameless can you be that even after taking 2 years for a 3 month project you tell your client to keep waiting. They have taken INR 60, 000 from us which they are not returning and neither are they giving us a working website for last 2 years. Such type of cheats should be put behind bars!
