I opted for an annual membership in 136.1 Indiranagar Studio Bangalore. I paid 17000/- on 28th November 2013. I liked the teachers and they were very professional extremely talented. Suddenly on March 3rd 2014, we got a mail that the studio operations will be closed, interested candidates can get a transfer to Whitefield studio or opt for a refund. I opted for a refund as whitefield studio is pretty far for me. I was told that the refund will happen in some time and they will start it based on ageing membership. I dropped a note to them on April 30th. The Director Yash Saran promised me that it will happen before May 2nd 2014. I didn’t get any refund. Again I tried contacting him on May 20th. He told me that most of the staff are on vacation and May is a very lean month and it will definitely happen in 1st week of June. Now, he stopped picking up our calls. He will simply send a message that he is in a meeting. He will cleverly avoid a direct answer for the refund status. I called him from a different number on 4th of June he said they are working on wiring my refund. On 5th June he said the refund will happen by 6th June afternoon. I didnt get any refund as yet. He didn’t respond to any of our calls. I had high hopes on this Yoga studio. Please be careful before opting for any membership as you dont know when they will close the studio
