17 Eyebrow Pencil, is one of the product of a leading brand. I had used 17 Eyebrow Pencil one month ago. And I’m quiet disappointed with it.
Actually, I have fair eyebrows and are of short length. That’s why I always apply eyebrow pencil, to make it look good.
Recently, I thought to switch the brand for eyebrow pencil, and I bought 17 Eyebrow Pencil. Firstly, I was fascinated for this eyebrow pencil because I had heard good about it, from one of my friend.
But, after when I started to use it, I realise that 17 Eyebrow pencil does not provides flawless eyebrow arches. It makes my eyebrow to look as it is artificial.
And other thing, I realised is that it Fades early. In about one hour it fades. Everytime I had to reapply it after sometime.
Due to these problems, I stopped to use it further. Although, it is affordable but it is not of any use. As it is unable to do its primary function to make eyebrows look good.
I will recommend, not to use 17 Eyebrow Pencil. As it will be a complete waste of money.
