1947 is a unique restaurant I came across in Bangalore. It is designed on independence era theme with wallpapers of freedom fighters and tank posted at the door. Gives a nice look and feel. Staff are also dressed accordingly based on theme.
I have visited this branch for couple of times and every time I have enjoyed.
Likes- Theme, Music, Courteous staffs, Food and overall experience. They have good range of starters and main course also has many options to choose from. Also the desserts are pretty good with lot of choices from ice cream and sweets.
Dislike- It has become pretty crowded and waiting time is irritating at times.
I don’t think they have reservations, if it is crowded you have to wait for around 30 minutes.
Rajarajeswari branch came up in 2014 and is equally good(compared to BSK and Jayanagar branch)
Surely will recommend this place to everyone for a nice family get together
