I am frustrated with this site and its app. I am totally disagreed with its services. I had ordered one of the medicine named minopep which is anti hair fall lotion and also at the same time I had ordered one more medicine and they had given the option for coupon code which I applied for both medicine and after 2 days what they did is the dispatch only 1 medicine, I had called and asked for the reason they told me that sorry sir another medicine is not available now and they auto cancelled the another medicine without informing me.When I asked how could you do this while ordering the product was in store and submitted successfully but now you cancelled the product and telling me its out of stock so what should I do now because I had made the payment already and there is no scene of COD and I need both medicine at the same time, so they told ok I will refund your money for cancelled product but sorry for the product which is out of stock.
I got very frustrated because of there poor service
