Pathetic service by Tata 1MG

I booked CBC & KFT test for Sunday i.e April 28th ’24 between 07:00 am - 08:00 am and my samples were collected on time. The gentleman came took my samples and got up without applying proper bandage on my blood sticken area. When I told him to apply the bandage, he said there is no need as your blood has stopped. I got pissed off on this. The worst was yet to come.


Apparently my CBC report came by 03:00 pm on Sunday itself, now was waiting for my KFT report from that moment. Then I started following up when KFT report at 06:00 pm as I was having an appointment with my Doctor on Monday 10.30 am.


I started chatting with an AI agent / Bot for 10 mins and assured me that your report will come in sometime. After waiting for a couple of hours when my KFT report didn’t come by 10:00 pm. I again started chatting with an AI agent / Bot for 15 mins and the Tata 1MG app mentioned that your KFT report would be made available by 02:00 am Monday morning and also assurance was given by an AI agent / Bot that your report will come by 02:00 am.


I slept that time, got up the 05:00 am. I checked the app and my KFT report still not available. I started following up an AI agent / Bot. I wasn’t getting any help regarding my KFT report status. Then again at 08:00 am. At 09:30 am, I got a call from Tata 1MG team starting that due to some technical issue, your KFT report will come by 04:00 pm, I started following up an AI agent / Bot. I wasn’t getting any help regarding my KFT report status.


I went to my Doctor at 10:00 am without my complete reports (CBC & KFT). My turn is at 10:30 am but I didn’t get the reports, I kept on following up the AI agent / Bot. My blood was boiling on the highest point. I finally got my KFT report 10:44 am. Eventually my turn came at 10:50 am.


I booked my appointment for ₹ 2000/-. But Tata 1MG staff won’t understand and plight of their customers.


Does Tata 1MG have any justification for my act?


How did the reports took 27 hours to be published?


How many customers are alike me who keeps on waiting for their reports by being a toy in Tata 1MG staff?


This is the 3rd time it has happened but I won’t spare you this time.


I have been a customer of Tata 1MG for more the 4 years now.


This is the most horrible, pathetic & atrocious behavior by Tata 1Mg.


After I got my report on Monday 10:44 am, for the next 2 days I was actually with from Tata 1MG for survey/ customer satisfaction asking for the feedback.


This is a proper and sure short customer harassment.
