Needle is opened in your presence before showing you that the package is unopened. Received my lab report two days later. I found it a very convenient way to receive blood test at home without the hassle and expense of going to Lal path labs. I would advise people to only use trustworthy labs like Lal path labs even if they are more expensive than others as one shouldn’t take compromise when it comes to health. My experience with ordering was not as good. The item I wanted was cancelled with the reason- out of stock. If it was out of stock why did the site let me order it? I ordered another item whose delivery was delayed. The variety of medicines available is also less compared to other sites. However they do give good discounts and cashback.
