I booked appointment with doctor from my app with mobile number, related to my problem and asked for a alternative medicine of medicine I was taking, as it’s not available in chennai and was available in bangalore .But doctor didnt answered. A prescription is needed to buy medicine but I didnt get any reply from doctor for prescription. 1 MG’s service of discounted price 150/- didn’t helped me at all. Neither I got any thing by consulting the doctor. Seems like doctor is not available for replying queries and concerns of patient. he replied only continue with medicine and took away 150/-
for nothin. Very poor service I got from their side. All the related doctors are seating in their home to earn money without doing anything via 1MG. They will not ask you . a single question nor they will reply back to your concern. Once you paid the fees you are gone. Your money is gone and never come back. Customer care people are simply dumbs they will reply by saying go and meet doctor physically, we are here to prescribe yoga and excercise not medicine.99% of the time you will be talking to a automated computer system and not a physician.
