I had placed an order with 1mg.com . Some medicines were not available. They just an SMS few hours before delivering the medicines. During lockdown, it’s difficult to find medicines and time is important. We rest peacefully thinking our medicines will be delivered but then we get a rude shock on seeing the SMS.
Why they take the orders and accept payments for medicines not available?
They will give medicines only if it is in the prescription. They don’t give cheaper substitutes even if you order as the support people are not well informed.
