I have ordered a medicine(prepaid) on February 22-02-2018 with order ID PO5218314863923. The initial committed date of delivery was 26-02-2018, but did not happen. Till now(i.e. 05-03-2018) the delivery date has been changed four times, but still product did not get delivered. And irony is that, there is no option to cancel & refund the amount
Every-time I contact the chat support agent, I get to hear that they regret for the inconvenience. But unfortunately their regret is not helping me anyways. Looks like 1mg is habituated to regret, and the staff is getting paid only to regret, but not to do something useful.
I have never seen such a miserable & pathetic service. Please do not buy anything from 1mg. Reluctantly I had to 1 star rating because there is nothing lesser than this.
