Salary is not satisfactory.
Environment is unprofessional.
Salary comes after 15 of every month.
Growth rate is very down.
Only 1 off per week and not a single paid leave before 6 months.
If you are biggener and want to know how to work in bpo and kpo then you can try, but for long term I Don't it gonna be work as per unprofessional work environment and low salary. Rest the things are up to you guys.
