I am the owner of a Hitachi 3 Door refrigerator. Its two years old and have faltered at least 5-6 times. Awesome experience. Firstly the difficulty in getting their service center no. Then their system is seems to b down always. Then umpteen promises of technicians visit which might happen after couple of weeks later if you are lucky. My latest complaint was made on 18th May.
Finally, after sending mails threatening to take them to court that a technician came and refilled the gas, charging Rs. 6000. Guess when? After 3 weeks. Within 2 days the machine again stopped cooling. Despite repeated calls and umpteen promises even today, i.e. 14th June after a week, no one bothered a visit.Want to buy Hitachi?
