Mast Magan, Lochha- E-Ulfat, Offo and all other songs of 2 States have one thing in common - romance. Ofcourse, romance is the theme of the film and must be there in all the songs, but all the songs bring out the tease, the partings, the excitement and madness that surrounds a person when he or she is in love.
Mast Magan for instance has that romantic flavour with a tinge of Carnatic music. THanks to Arijit Singh for his beautiful rendition to the song. The beautifully composed song connects two souls of different traditions together. Locha-E-Ulfat on the other hand has that raw and peppy appeal. Benny Dayal does full justice by rendering his funky voice.
I would listen to all the songs again and again with my spouse and recommend you listen to them with your sweetheart sitting with you holding your hands.
