Bhagat, back in form....

Well, I read Chetan Bhagat’s "One Night At The Call Centre" first, which in fact, was horrible(read my review on it)...

Naturally at first, I was reluctant to read this book..but my cousin insisted to read it..so I went ahead and to my surprise...I learned the real potential Chetan Bhagat has....his writing style though very informal..is likable and what really clicks in the story is the realism of the characters, they don’t go to trips on foreign or exotic locations on holidays and stay at 5-star resorts but they have the fun of eating water-like Dal of the local ’chaiwala’..Their parents are not arrogant or surreal narrow-minded like filmy characters but drunkard and conservatives like real life parents(no offence, but you may get what I really mean if you read the book)...The way the college life is described in the book reflects somewhere or other our own college life ..this in fact, this is the main high point of the story. The way the couple supports each other in adverse conditions but fights at trivial matters makes this book very entertaining.

On the downside, if you don’t manage to read the book in one day and then think about it on second day before reading it, you can easily predict it’s climax but then, there is never a dull moment in the book...Bhagat’s writing style is always easy on the mind even in the most serious conditions.. overall...This  is a fun ride which is crispy, munchy and really easy to digest....
