Well.this is my first attempt to write a review.and I m glad I am starting with this one.
chetan bhagat, i reckon is a fine writer.even if he doesnt write award winning books, he writes boks which we can read and talk about very easily. his books are like the latest release blockbluster, except ofcourse for "3 mistakes of my life", i hope he knows that that book was actually a mistake.
coming to this book, i picked it up for the obvious reasons, its cheap and written by chetan bhagat. I hadnt expected much out of this book. but I was wrong, this book is actually worth buying and reading more than once.
while reading the novel I was wondering if this is the sequel of "five point someone". though the name of protaonist is "krish", still like alok, he had done his IIT from Delhi and was in love with the daughter of IIT professor and was in involved in "a shirt" and "car" issue.
however I dont agree to his sterotyping style, a girl has to be beautiful, mother has to be typically mother.his writing is contemporary and readers can relate to a large extent but the sterotyping is more like cliche.
nevertheless, the book is a good read.and if you are in love you wil love it more.
