21 Jump Street is an action comedy( not my genre) which is an adaptation of the 1987 television series with the same name.
The movie has a decent script to which the leads Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum have performed really well.
Schmidt, a dork and Jenko, a fairly popular guy at school join the police force and are assigned to an undercover unit to infiltrate a drug circle which supplies high school students synthetic drugs.
The movie gives you laughing moments at regular intervals.It is a movie you wouldn’t praise much and neither would you regret watching.
It is followed by a sequel, 22 Jump Street.
