I am disappointed with 21K School for not providing me with the promised 10% referral bonus on my daughters’ school fees, even after waiting for six months. The school suggested that the amount would be adjusted in the coming academic session, which was not the agreement made earlier. It raises a serious trust issue for me, and I am concerned about the school’s reputation.
Most of my emails remain unanswered, and I have had to send multiple follow-ups through different channels. This is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the school’s commitment to providing quality service to parents. It has been more than a month since I first followed up with the school, but they continue to delay the refund, citing busy admissions and approvals season. I will be sharing this matter on social media and other channels.
