Overall had a very bad experience at 24 Karat theater. First of all, timing for the movie was 9.30 pm but movie started at 10.00 pm. AC was not working properly or Ac was not on I don’t know but throughout the movie I was feeling hot.
The Popcorn were spilled on the seats. They didn’t even bother to clean the theater. Washrooms were filthy, water spilled on the floor. The peg to hang purses were broken. Coke served was on chilled and lacked fizz.
Very bad experience at 24 Karats.
