One year ago I was looking for a good internet service provider. My friend gave me suggestion of this 24 hour online. I called them they said for 500 rupees you will get 400kbps and for 600 rupees you will get 512 kbps. So after 2 day I called again they told me 700rupees for 512 kbps. I reminded him of what he said yesterday, he told yes its 600. Now I choose 400 kbps plan , after using it for 5 days I realised I am getting 200kbps speed and they are doing fraud as when I checked my account I was assigned to 300 kbps plan. I called the guy who set up my connection I told him I want to increase my internet speed.
He said he is coming in 5 min , he never came. I called him 30 times in 3 day and his answer was wait I will reach in 10 minute. And finally he blocked my number. I called official they said we give 1mbps unlimited for 1000 rupees. Seriously? I will choose international brand like skynet if I want to give 1000 bucks for 1 mbps plan. Their service is horrible. Sometimes internet gets down for whole day and they dont listen. I have to login to surf internet 20 times in a day in their website login page. Never ever trust this isp you will regret for sure.
