Well first and foremost... the show airs on axn, at 10.00 am and 4 pm on weekdays so if ur wasting ur time reading this review at these hrs... then GO...DONT MISS IT ANY LONGER.... Concept: every season is about just one day. 24 episodes in a season, and each episode is a sequential hour. Hour long episodes too, so now just imagine what we have.
A series in REALtime. evry episode begins with "the following event take place btween 2 am and 3 am bla blah.." so evry second in the story is a REAL second. when they take a commercial brk, the timer may show something like 2.43 am and wen they’re back it shows 2.47 am. Dunno how better to explain it, the concept simply blew me over wen I first saw it.
Story:
There is a special agent Jack Bauers, in season 1 he’s head of the CTU (counter terrorist unit) Jack Bauer is shown as something of a James Bond minus the flamboyance. Beneath the loving father, torn-by-relationships loner, and compassionate friends is hidden a killing machine which is thanks to his days in the special task forces. Jack also has somewhat of a dark past, where he has made a lot of enemies (bein under cover, special forces assassinations, etc) But no more.
I m not gonna leak anything of the plot/ storyline of any season to you. It’s a must watch... Miss it not...
