FRAUD ELECTRONIC APPLIANCE SERVICE CENTRE “24X7CUSTOMERSUPPORTONLINE.COM”


We had placed a Service Request# RV46009494 Dated: Sat 16-Oct-2021 for our LG Refrigerator Double Door 266L for complaining of frosting in the Non-Freezer compartment with a virtual Company Name: “24X7CUSTOMERSUPPORTONLINE.COM” on Telephone: 1800212xxxx, Email ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com Website: https://24x7customersupportonline.com. The person named “Higotiya Thediya alias Hira Ram Choudhari” Mobile#:+91907614xxxx(herein referred to as Fraud Technician) was assigned the said service request and visited our residence on Sun 17-Oct-2021.


The Fraud Technician within 5 minutes inspected our said refrigerator and FAKED that the “Main Controller PCB(Printed Circuit Board)” has to be replaced by actually showing us the “Defrost Timer” intentionally wrongly naming it as Main Controller PCB, which may cost us ?3500/= inclusive of Service Charges of ?300/=. We suspected his malicious intentions and tried to re-confirm directly with LG Company and they confirmed that the MRP of any Defrost Timer is maximum ?1200/=, also they confirmed that Fraud Technician is NOT their authorized technician or dealer for servicing any of their LG electronic appliances or products.


Further to check his failed authenticity of the Fraud Technician, we asked him to give a valid INVOICE / BILL for the exact spare part called the “Defrost Timer” and not the “PCB”, which he and his office owner/colleagues both DENIED as they were caught RED handed and started demanding money in CASH first without any invoice, but as a thumb rule, we only pay by Cards or NEFT directly only to the servicing company, instead he then gave his Personal Bank Account details, Account Holder Name: Hira Ram Choudhari, Bank Name: Kotak Mahindra Bank, Ville Parle East Branch, A/c #: 631195xxxx, IFSC Code: KKBK0001456, which further confirms him to be now a fraudster and a cheater.


As a Customer within India LEGALLY, we reserve the right to pay any charges against a VALID INVOICE, which was denied by the Fraud Technician hence we have a right to cancel such fake service request and denied to pay any charges to that Fraud Technician as NO WORK was performed. As the Fraud Technician failed in all attempts to cheat us, he finally took the pre-planned REVENGE for NOT getting a chance to cheat us by replacing a spare part of ?1200/= and charging us ?3500/= getting easy LOOT money of ?2300/= and Service Charges of ?300/= by cheating, he deliberately and maliciously cut our fridge capillary and also damaged the defrost timer, which leaked all the “R134A” Gas required as a coolant to damage our refrigerator and duly informed the “revenge act” through an “abusive” call to us immediately after leaving our residence, which is illegal, criminal and unprofessional under several IPC Sections and Consumer Protection Acts in all respects.


WE APPEAL TO EACH AND EVERYONE IN INDIA TO SPREAD THIS WARNING MESSAGE AND BEWARE OF SUCH CHEATERS, THUGS, FAKE AND FRAUDSTERS, WHO CAN CHEAT ANY CUSTOMERS BY OVERCHARGING OR LOOTING THEM WITH EXORBITANT CHARGES AND DAMAGE ANY ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES BY THEIR UNAUTHORISED SERVICES OR WORK.
