2captcha is in the business for many years and it is a platform for both employer & a worker. An employer can get his work done & a worker can complete a job through this website. As we all know whenever we have to sign to any of our account be it an email account, social media, e-wallet account etc. a user is asked to enter a captcha displayed on the login screen. Captchas are number, characters, signs and picture categorization which a user has to enter in the system during the login process. Once a right captcha is entered then only a user can access his account. A captcha is mainly used by companies to make sure a user is a human being and not a robot or machine.
Companies these days outsource their captcha business to this online platform. A person who wants to work online as a captcha solver can join this platform by registering with his valid details. Once registration is complete a worker has to go through various captcha solving tests and each test consist of 50 tasks. In each task a worker has to fill in the captcha as displayed on the screen. If he makes a mistake then the system detect the errors and tells him when he entered a wrong captcha.
When a worker is through the test then he is allowed to work on the system and by clicking start work and he can start solving captchas. Initially the payment is$0.60/1000 captchas but if a worker works on a daily basis and has a good accuracy then the payment can increase to$1/1000 captchas.
To be honest this platform offers the least payment to a member. Solving 1000 captchas can take around 3 hours to finish. However, for such time and efforts only$1 is paid. Even if a worker works full time on this platform then also he can’t make a decent income. They do provide a software called Bot which can be installed in a computer, working on it is much faster but unfortunately payout is the same. So, overall this is a non user-friendly website as it doesn’t offer much for the time and efforts.
The website is very slow and it takes a lot of time for captchas to appear on the screen. When a worker submit a captcha he has to wait for around 30-60 seconds to get the next captcha on the screen. So, waiting for such a long time waste a lot of time of the user. The servers are very slow that is the reason working on the website is not fast. Even the payout processing is also very slow and it takes a lot of time to receive money in the bank account. The minimum payout is$1 and payout can be done through payza, webmoney, perfect money, bitcoin and advcash.
Customer support is available through emails. They don’t have a number to call. I sent a few emails to them complaining about various issue on the website. But they take a long time to reply and never provide a solution to a problem.
