Flipkart have started a new venture named 2gud com where the customers can purchase second hand refurbished goods. Below is my detailed review of 2gud.com.
App and website- The products are listed on both the app and website the application have already been download by over 1 lakh customers. The website and application looks similar.
Product quality- As the webiste deal with refurbished electronic products one has to take extreme precautions before purchasing the products. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6s particularly because of it's price but much to my disappointment it stopped working in a week's time.
Cuatomer service- There customer service is an another headace the don't respond over email and most of the times their contact number is gives busy tone.
Delivery- The product got delivered at my doorstep after 8 days of making the purchase.
Reliability- Just making a nice interface Website and app doesn't mean the company has done enough. Unless and untill the customer is happy with your service you will not be acknowledged at all.
I literally hope they improve their customer service and product quality.
