A total disappointment from 2GUD and Flipkart also
from F1 Solutions Service Persons.
First of all, I am a regular Flipkart user.
I purchased the product Dell Latitude Core i5 2nd Gen on 05 October 2019.
I didn’t use the product for a month. When I opened
the product in November month-end the laptop was
working but suddenly it shut down and dead.
I called the 2Gud support and they told me to
contact F1Service for the warranty. I contacted
them for the warranty, since I have 1-year warranty
for the product. I registered the complaint on 27
November 2019 and waiting for an onsite pickup for
the product. No one came to pick up the product.
After making 10 to 15 calls, they send 1 guy to
pick up the item and it was 3rd Jan 2020. after 2
months.
He checked my product and stated there is no
physical damage from my side and it is a board
fault. They will send it to the company and I will
get the product service within 20 days.
Again waiting started, after 19 days(on 22nd Jan
2020) the customer support executive called me and
told there is a Liquid Damage on the laptop. They
cannot repair the product and the warranty has
lapsed.
I shocked! and it’s a big disappointment, I
explained to them the situation but no use. I
mailed 2gud to explain the issue, they replied to
me within 5 days I will get a resolution,
Today I Flipkart guy called me and explain I will
not get a warranty at all, my warranty lapsed. I
tried to explain the situation to him but no use.
I explained to him I didn’t make liquid damage, it
came like that. I didn’t use the product for 1 day.
But no use, he spoke with me like a radio, He is
not willing to hear me. He speaking again and again
to explain my warranty has lapsed. aND I WILL NOT
GET warranty anymore for the product.
Also the guy was speaking with me very rude.
It’s a clear case of cheating by 2GUD(because of I
paid them) and F1Solutions. I have no words to say
my pain and frustration.
Goodbye to 2GUD and Flipkart.
In my personal experience don’t go for purchasing
in 2GUD. You will not get any warranty! The product
also very bad.
