On 13th Jan, I went with my friends to watch 3 idiots after hearing rave reviews frm all quaters. But to my dissappointment, I dint found the movie as good as it has been hyped across. I am sure that I m d 1st or may be last person u might be hearin this frm but its my opinion.
It looks as if the movie has been shot and freezed approx 1 year back and since then it has been continously watched and edited.Aamir is a perfectionist and it come across watching his performance. Raju Hirani has a select group of people whom he usually works with and Boman Irani again delivered gem of a performance keeping in mind his tongue twisters/tweeters.Chatur too made his debut in Bollywood with an excellent dialogue delivery which might have come across well due to his marathi accent. He indeed has good pair of vocal chords.Madhavan and Sharman were made to underact. Kareena’s cameo and role could have been easily done by any less expensive female actor and would have been an intelligent decision if done otherwise. The result would hv been same oas of now, believe me. And last but not the least, Ms. Jassi did not looked the elder sis of Ms. Size Zero from any angle.
Aamir driving a scooty wid 2 pillion riders, vaccum pump being employed in labour, inverter, etc are some of the undigestible & objectionable tasks depicted in the movie.3 persons are expected to write & fight better script than this, but still its worth - a one time watch.
Hoping, Mr. Vidhu Vinod Chopra can gift "Ferrari" [post Bentely to Big B] to Mr. Aamir Khan this time.
