If you like watching violent movies and like watching blood fly everywhere on the screen that too in slo-mo, this movie will be a treat. However, 300 fans will be disappointed, as its nowhere nearly as sensible and action packed as its predecessor.
On a personal note, Sullivan Stapleton, the Australian actor was not at par with Gerard Butler.It’s bound to hit some viewers as an empty exercise in stylish gore, and despite a gonzo starring performance from Eva Green, 300: Rise of an Empire is a step down from its predecessor.
