Oops and double oops, don’t ever waste your money on a movie this bad!!!!!
With so much hype and hoopla surrounding this film , I was pretty confident that the movie will be atleast watchable! But for producers of the quality of Abbas and Mastan the movie must have made them sit up and wonder why they even got into film producing.
The so called script..............
A multibillionaire casino owner’s (isha kopikkar’s) child is kidnapped and a reward for 25 lakh is announced. Hero (Shahid Kapur) and Heroine (Kareena Kapoor) find the child and reach 36 China Town (which is incidentally the name of the billionaire’s mansion) to claim their reward, only to find Isha Kopikkar murdered. Akshay Khanna plays the inspector suspecting the leading pair of murdering Isha.......................... and so the plot thickens???? (or should I say goes down the drain) .
What happens next I will not elucidate...... after all if you still wish to know how it all turns out you should also be miserable for wanting to know:)

Kareena Kapoor is pathetic.................
Akhshay Khanna is better...............but wasted
Paresh Rawal and Jonny lever are as always trying to bring in an element of laughter to this sordid tale..............
Overall -
The film basically lacks a script.
Hence there is no firm base for the film to be filmed on....it is a failed detective story one that may qualify as a not so humourous comedy. The main reason for the murder as revealed at the end is very kiddish and makes mockery of the audience sitting in the halls.
The movie also I heard boasts of the most expensive hindi song ever made (over 30 million spent). I believe it may be difficult for the film to make this song’s worth, let us forget the entire movie’s worth.
Hence for me - the only thing that this movie did do to me was ..........made me poorer by 500 bucks and that is it.
