Weve traveled thru 360 Himalaya and had 1 bad experience at the hotel Orchard Greens Manali. This was addressed by us upon our return to Mumbai post the completion of our trip. It has been more 20 days since we raised our complaint but no one from 360 Himalaya has really bothered to help us resolve our issue yet. The conversation with Mr. Sanil today showed that they are just not interested in their clients once the trip is over and their payment has been made. He was outright rude, disinterested and did not even show an inch of inclination towards giving an ear to what I had to say. Moreover, theyve even refused to book our next tour! Several emails that were sent to them with regards to my complaint went un-replied. Their managers have stopped picking up my calls. And their overall attitude is pathetic.
In todays competitive world, it is very surprising, even shocking to see such callous approach towards serving a customer, who could have been easily retained.
