The company has pathetic staff and cheats! They just make their cut in the sale.
It was quite a annoying experience.
There were no instructions given before the trip on things to do and not do. Mr Hrishikesh who seemed to be the incharge there was quite rude and not helpful, must say to an extent he did insult us while addressing a group and seemed to dislike Indians since he mentioned quite a few times.
The driver was not very helpful in taking us around too, he gave some places a skip and wasnt willing to even stick to the itinerary at times.we didn’t cover all the monasteries in the itinerary on the last day, since he had orders from Hrishikesh to not cover more than 2 places.
The accommodations were no where close to the promised at least 3 star hotels. The one at Sumoor was a pathetic experience, the food was unhygienic and didnt seem that the tent for a night would cost more than 500 rupees a night!
There was a major problem at the airport on the way back, there was some pending amount of 950 rupees on our ticket.
We do atleast 3 trips a year as vacation and holidays. we will neither ever go again with 360 nor recommend it to any of our friends! Such has been our experience!
Apart from all this the inner land permits did not include my name, wonder what would have happened if the vehicle that we were traveling would have been subject to an exact scrutiny.
