Looks like they are fraud.
I ordered orkia tablet after seeing in their website that product is available and delivery in 3 days. After 4 working days passed I called them and I was told product is not available. Subsequently, they stopped receiving my calls. After 2 days they received and I told them to cancel the order. Next day they told they have the product and will despatch. But when I received the product it was some Chinese tablet, no name, only 7 inch tablet was written on the box. I got a call from a different person and he told it was Jupiter model with same specifications.
When I expressed my doubt he told some other person would call me and clarify, but that never happened and when I called them they never attended my calls. The tablet is very inferior quality compared to the one I had ordered and is lying useless at my home. Their website still shows as ready for shipping. Most importantly they do not attend calls.
So I feel they are fraud because no genuine party would do this.
