I had given my car Mercedes Benz SUV for cleaning and polish at 3M car care in Santhome, Chennai centre. After the delivery, I found one of the front day light lamp not igniting and getting warning sign. Also found the boot door giving sound when opening and closing. Looks like the cleaners have cleaned the hydraulic part and made it dry.
When I contacted them they bluntly refused to attend and says it wasn’t their mistake. It was very upsetting to me to hear such irresponsible approach from a reputed company like 3M. and people like me don’t lie for such small things. Expected a better response from them. I have been servicing all my cars from 3M Nungambakkam centre for years and never had any such problems. This time they were not available. Hence went tho this place.
