This company is totally shit!there was no internet connectivity in my area at first.but 4x fiber net was the only service in my area. So I opted for it. I payed for 6 mnths.but till now im not satisfied.customer care is worst.no one picks up the call. Even if they pick up they tell that a technician will arrive in an hour. But even after 1 week technician won’t come.it’s been 4 months. And im not satisfied. This time im not able to connect to internet for 15 days.and still no response even after complaining. Never ever in a life time think of opting fr this dumbass company.its better to use mobile data itself.
If u r given a choice such as life(4x fibernet) or death.i wud definetely choose death
