This internet provider is very very bad in giving a true quality service to the customer and this service troubles the customers most.
The speed of this internet is too slow as we cannot download too many timings in one time attempt amd this is not a good feature of fiber net and I’m not at all satisfied with the internet speed.
The cost they were taking for internet service is too high as sometime I cannot afford to pay the bills.They were charging more than AIRTEL so this is bad in customers point of view.
The internet may break down sometime and takes much time to reconnect from the server.
My overall experience in this fibernet is too bad.
