The Top 5 that Impressed me the most...

The following are the top 5 books that impressed me the most.

  1. The Origin of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga by Master Choa Kok Sui

What impressed me the most was the simplicity in which the intricate relationship between science & spirituality is explained! Written in an autobiography style, this is an easy reading book.  Recommended for the spiritually inclined.

  1. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Written the style of a novel an amazing book that inspired me to realize that if you pursue what you believe the’whole world conspires to help you realize it’! Easy reading!

  1. Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach

Easy reading book! The book is less than 100 pages but is amazingly inspiring.  Reading the book gave me an experience being free & the insight that if you want to fly high venture out to do something special which people might think or say is not possible or not in line with tradition!

  1. Inner Teachings of Hinduism Revealed by Master Choa Kok Sui

There have been times when I did not really understand certain customs & traditions of my religion. For instance it was difficult to comprehend why my grandmother used to wave a chilli around me & throw it into the fire or why we do situps in front of Lord Ganesha. This book gave me insights / the real meaning behind these customs & traditions. Interesting read for those seeking for an understanding of the customs & traditions in Hinduism!

  1. Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul by Master Choa Kok Sui

The trademark of Master Choa Kok Sui seems to the simplicity in his writings.  This book provided me answers to questions like Who am I? Whats the purpose of life & what is spirituality?  A light book that can be read in a few hours! Recommended for the spiritually inclined.
