In the middle of a rainy day , I was on my way back home from work and I saw this newly opened restaurant near my place called "5 Spice".
I thought I’ll have a go at it and so I stepped into this place. I was told that I was on the waiting queue as the tables were full, and I had nothing to do once I’m home so I thought that I’ll wait, eat and then go home
after 20-25 minutes of wait came my turn and I got myself on a table in the restaurant. Saw the menu , and there was one thing that caught my eye on the starters called "KUNG PAO CHICKEN". I thought I’ll give it a try though I had no idea of what it is and I called for it.
To my surprise I saw the waiter walk up to me in less than 10 minutes with a dish in his hand that was RED all over and garnished with some coriander. The smell was good and the dish looked attractive. I took no time and got the spoon and fork on my hands and declared assault.The KUNG PAO CHICKEN actually tasted better than its appearance and I cleaned the plate up in no time. I called for one more and got done with my appetite without moving on to the main course.
So all in all, it was a wonderful eating experience except for the waiting time.
I’m going there again today!!!
